Nacho "cheese"

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw cashews soaked overnight or boiled for 20 minutes
  • 1 1/2 cups any non dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Once the cashews are softened, add all ingredients to a blender and combine until perfectly smooth.


Note:

If you don't have any non dairy milk, you can use the same amount of water and add 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp lemon juice
